중요 - 주의하여 읽으십시오. 본 개인정보처리방침(이하 "본 방침"이라 함)은 BS Planet(이하 "제공자"라 함)이 제공하는 오두막 계산기(이하 "본 앱"이라 함)에서 귀하의 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지를 정합니다. Google Play 는 수집 여부와 관계없이 모든 앱에 처리방침의 게시를 요구하며, 본 방침은 그 요구에 따라 게시됩니다.

1. 요지

귀하가 입력한 계산 내용, 계산 기록 및 설정은 제공자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 귀하가 안드로이드의 백업 기능을 켜 두신 경우 계산 기록과 설정이 귀하의 구글 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 그 백업은 귀하에게 귀속됩니다(제2항). 본 앱은 계정을 요구하지 않고, 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이용 행태를 추적하지 않습니다. 다만 귀하가 광고 시청을 직접 선택하는 경우에 한하여 광고 제공자가 광고 게재를 위한 정보를 처리합니다. 상세한 사항은 아래 제4항에 따릅니다.

2. 기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

본 앱은 다음을 귀하의 기기 내부 저장소(SharedPreferences)에만 저장하며, 이를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

(1) 계산 기록 및 메모리 값 (2) 테마, 모드, 퍼센트 칩 등 이용 설정 (3) 본 앱이 예상하지 못하게 종료된 경우 그 오류의 기록

손글씨로 그은 획은 메모리에서만 처리되며 저장되지 않습니다. 위 정보는 귀하가 본 앱을 삭제하는 때에 함께 삭제됩니다.

안드로이드 자동 백업. 귀하가 기기에서 백업 기능을 켜 두신 경우, 제(1)호와 제(2)호의 정보는 귀하의 구글 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 안드로이드 운영체제가 수행하는 것으로서 그 백업은 귀하에게 귀속되며, 제공자는 이를 열람하거나 이용할 수 없습니다. 백업의 사용 여부는 기기의 시스템 설정에서 귀하가 정하실 수 있습니다.

제(3)호의 오류 기록은 백업에서 제외됩니다. 앱이 그 기록을 별도의 저장 파일에 두고 백업 범위에서 뺐기 때문입니다.

제(3)호의 오류 기록에는 발생 시각, 앱의 판, 안드로이드 API 수준, 기기 이름, 오류가 난 스레드의 이름, 예외의 클래스 이름 및 호출 스택이 담깁니다. 귀하가 입력한 계산 내용은 담기지 않으며, 값이 섞이는 것을 막기 위하여 예외 메시지도 담지 않습니다. 최근 다섯 건까지 보관되고 그보다 오래된 것은 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 본 앱은 이 기록을 스스로 전송하지 않으며, 귀하가 앱 정보 화면에서 공유를 선택하는 경우에 한하여 귀하가 고른 앱으로 전달됩니다. 같은 화면에서 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 네트워크 접속

본 앱이 네트워크에 접속하는 경우는 다음에 한정되며, 어느 경우에도 귀하의 계산 내용은 전송되지 않습니다.

(1) 손글씨 인식 모델의 내려받기. 최초 이용 시에 이루어지며, 귀하가 설정의 "손글씨 인식 모델"에서 직접 요청하거나 내려받은 모델을 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 모델 파일은 Google ML Kit 이 제공하며, 획의 인식은 귀하의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. (2) 귀하가 직접 선택한 광고의 수신. 상세한 사항은 제4항에 따릅니다.

4. 광고 시청과 보상

본 앱은 이용 중에 끼어드는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 설정의 "광고 보고 수퍼 부스트 켜기"를 귀하가 직접 선택하는 경우에 한하여 보상형 동영상 광고 1편이 재생되며, 광고를 끝까지 시청하시면 수퍼 부스트 기능이 24시간 동안 활성화됩니다. 수퍼 부스트는 키 입력과 결과 표시에 시각 효과를 더하는 기능으로서 계산 결과에 영향을 미치지 아니하며, 이를 활성화하지 아니하여도 본 앱의 모든 계산 기능을 그대로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 귀하가 선택하지 않는 한 광고와 관련한 통신도, 광고 모듈의 초기화도 이루어지지 않습니다. 본 앱은 실행 시 광고 시청 여부를 간헐적으로 문의하는 화면을 표시할 수 있으며, 귀하는 이를 선택하지 않고 본 앱을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

귀하가 광고를 시청하는 경우, 광고 제공자인 Google AdMob 이 광고의 게재, 측정 및 사기 방지를 위하여 다음을 처리할 수 있습니다.

(1) 광고 식별자(AAID) 및 기기와 앱의 식별 정보 (2) 대략적 위치(IP 주소에 기반한 국가와 지역 수준) (3) 광고 상호작용 기록(재생, 완료 및 클릭 여부)

제공자는 위 정보를 직접 수신하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 위 정보의 처리 주체와 보관 정책은 Google 의 정책에 따릅니다.

본 앱은 맞춤 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 요청에 비맞춤(non-personalized) 표시를 실어 보내므로 위 정보는 귀하의 관심사 프로필을 구성하는 데 이용되지 않습니다.

5. 권한

본 앱이 직접 선언하는 권한은 다음 세 가지이며, 어느 것도 귀하의 데이터를 열람하지 않습니다.

(1) INTERNET - 제3항의 네트워크 접속 (2) VIBRATE - 키를 누를 때의 짧은 진동 (3) AD_ID - 제4항의 광고 시청. 귀하가 광고를 시청하지 않는 한 이용되지 않습니다.

본 앱이 이용하는 외부 라이브러리가 자체적으로 다음 여섯 가지를 더 포함하며, 설치된 앱에는 이들도 함께 선언됩니다. Google Play 의 앱 정보에는 아래 권한까지 표시됩니다.

(7)부터 (9)까지는 Android 의 광고 개인정보 체계(Privacy Sandbox)가 이용하는 권한입니다. 제4항에 적은 대로 귀하가 광고 시청을 직접 선택하지 않으면 광고 자체가 재생되지 않습니다. 제공자는 이들 권한을 그 밖의 용도로 이용하지 않습니다.

본 앱은 스스로를 갱신하지 않으므로 설치 권한과 알림 권한을 선언하지 않습니다. 갱신은 Google Play 를 통하여 이루어집니다.

6. 처리하는 정보의 항목과 국외 이전

제4항의 광고 시청을 귀하가 직접 선택하시는 경우에 한하여 다음 항목이 광고 제공자에게 이전됩니다. 그 밖의 경우에는 국외로 이전되는 정보가 없습니다.

본 항의 공개는 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호 가목에 따른 것이며 같은 조 제2항 각 호의 사항을 담습니다. 이에 따라 제공자는 국외 이전에 관한 별도의 동의를 받지 않습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

제2항에 적은 대로 본 앱이 다루는 정보는 기기 내부 저장소에만 있습니다. 제공자는 서버를 두지 않으므로 이전받아 보관하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 기기 내부의 정보는 안드로이드가 앱 단위로 분리하여 보관하며 다른 앱은 이를 읽을 수 없습니다. 제3항의 네트워크 접속과 제6항의 이전은 모두 전송 계층 암호화를 거칩니다.

8. 정보주체의 권리와 그 행사 방법

귀하는 제공자에 대하여 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 처리정지를 요구하실 수 있습니다. 제공자는 서버를 두지 않고 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제공자가 보관하는 귀하의 개인정보는 없으며, 따라서 정정하거나 삭제할 대상도 없습니다. 그 사실의 확인을 원하시는 경우 제11항의 연락처로 요구하실 수 있고, 제공자는 확인한 사실을 회신합니다.

기기 내부에 저장된 계산 기록, 메모리 값 및 이용 설정은 앱의 해당 화면에서 직접 삭제하실 수 있고, 본 앱을 삭제하시면 함께 삭제됩니다. 오류 기록은 앱 정보 화면에서 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자에 관한 권리는 제6항에 적은 방법으로 행사하실 수 있습니다.

권리를 침해받으셨다고 판단되시는 경우 다음 기관에 분쟁 해결이나 피해 구제를 신청하실 수 있습니다.

9. 아동

본 앱은 특정 연령층을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 제공자는 아동으로부터 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 본 방침의 변경

제공자는 본 방침을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경하는 경우 본 문서의 시행일을 갱신하고 본 앱의 변경 내역에 그 사실을 기재합니다.

11. 개인정보 보호책임 및 문의

개인정보 보호에 관한 업무와 관련 고충 사항은 제공자의 개인정보 보호 담당 부서가 처리합니다.

This English text is a translation of the Korean policy set out above, provided for the convenience of readers outside Korea. The Korean text is the original; if the two ever disagree, the Korean text governs, and we ask you to report the discrepancy to support@bsplanet.app so that both can be corrected.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY. This privacy policy (the "Policy") sets out how your information is handled in HutCalc (the "App"), provided by BS Planet (the "Provider"). Google Play requires every app to publish a privacy policy whether or not it collects anything, and this Policy is published pursuant to that requirement.

1. Summary

The calculations you enter, your calculation history and your settings are not transmitted to the Provider. Where you have turned on Android backup, however, your calculation history and settings may be included in your Google account backup, and that backup belongs to you (section 2). The App requires no account, requires no sign-in, and does not track how you use it. Only where you choose to watch an advertisement does the advertising provider process information in order to serve it. Section 4 governs the detail.

2. Information stored only on your device

The App stores the following only in your device's internal storage (SharedPreferences) and does not transmit it anywhere.

(1) Calculation history and memory values (2) Usage settings such as theme, mode and percentage chips (3) A record of the error, where the App has terminated unexpectedly

Handwriting strokes are processed in memory only and are not stored. The information above is deleted together with the App when you uninstall it.

Android automatic backup. Where you have turned on backup on your device, the information in items (1) and (2) may be included in your Google account backup. This is carried out by the Android operating system; the backup belongs to you, and the Provider can neither read nor use it. Whether backup is used is for you to decide in your device's system settings.

The error records in item (3) are excluded from backup. The App keeps them in a separate file that is left out of the backup scope.

The error records in item (3) contain the time of occurrence, the App version, the Android API level, the device name, the name of the thread where the error occurred, the exception class name and the call stack. They do not contain anything you have entered, and the exception message is also omitted so that values cannot be mixed in. Up to the five most recent records are kept and older ones are deleted automatically. The App never transmits these records by itself; they are passed to an app of your choosing only where you select sharing on the App information screen. You may delete them at any time from the same screen.

3. Network access

The App accesses the network only in the following cases, and in no case is the content of your calculations transmitted.

(1) Downloading the handwriting recognition model. This takes place on first use, and you may also request it yourself, or delete a downloaded model, under Settings and then "Handwriting recognition model". The model files are provided by Google ML Kit, and recognition of your strokes takes place on your device. (2) Receiving an advertisement that you have chosen to watch. Section 4 governs the detail.

4. Watching an advertisement and the reward

The App shows no advertising that interrupts you while you use it. A single rewarded video advertisement plays only where you choose "Unlock Super Boost with an ad" in Settings, and watching it to the end switches the Super Boost feature on for 24 hours. Super Boost adds visual effects to key presses and to the display of results; it has no effect on any calculated value, and every calculating feature of the App remains available to you without switching it on. Unless you choose it, no advertising traffic occurs and the advertising module is not initialised. The App may occasionally show a screen asking whether you would like to watch an advertisement, and you may continue to use the App without choosing it.

Where you do watch an advertisement, Google AdMob, the advertising provider, may process the following in order to serve, measure and protect against fraud in that advertisement.

(1) The advertising identifier (AAID) and information identifying the device and the App (2) Approximate location at country and region level, derived from the IP address (3) A record of interaction with the advertisement, namely whether it was played, completed or clicked

The Provider neither receives nor retains the information above. The controller of that information and its retention policy are governed by Google's policies.

The App does not request personalised advertising. It sends a non-personalized flag with the advertising request, so the information above is not used to build a profile of your interests.

5. Permissions

The App declares three permissions of its own, and none of them reads your data.

(1) INTERNET - the network access in section 3 (2) VIBRATE - the short vibration when a key is pressed (3) AD_ID - watching an advertisement under section 4. It is not used unless you watch one.

The external libraries the App uses declare a further six of their own, and those are declared in the installed app as well. Google Play shows these permissions too in the app information.

(4) ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - used by the handwriting library (ML Kit) when it downloads a model (5) FOREGROUND_SERVICE - used by the work manager (WorkManager) that performs that download (6) WAKE_LOCK - to keep the device awake during that download (7) ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID - used by the advertising library (AdMob) (8) ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS - used by the same library (9) ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION - used by the same library

Items (7) to (9) are the permissions used by Android's advertising privacy framework (Privacy Sandbox). As stated in section 4, no advertisement plays at all unless you choose to watch one. The Provider does not use these permissions for any other purpose.

The App does not update itself, so it declares neither an installation permission nor a notification permission. Updates are delivered through Google Play.

6. Categories of information processed and transfer abroad

Only where you choose to watch the advertisement described in section 4 are the following items transferred to the advertising provider. In no other case is information transferred abroad.

This disclosure is made under article 28-8(1)3(a) of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and contains the matters listed in each subparagraph of article 28-8(2) of that Act. Accordingly the Provider does not obtain separate consent to transfer abroad.

7. Measures to secure safety

As stated in section 2, the information the App handles is held only in your device's internal storage. The Provider operates no server and therefore retains no personal information received from you. Information inside the device is kept by Android separately per app, and other apps cannot read it. The network access in section 3 and the transfer in section 6 both take place over transport layer security.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may require the Provider to give access to, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal information. The Provider operates no server and collects no personal information, so the Provider holds none of your personal information and there is therefore nothing to correct or delete. If you wish that fact confirmed you may ask at the contact address in section 11, and the Provider will reply with what it has confirmed.

Calculation history, memory values and usage settings stored inside your device may be deleted directly on the relevant screen of the App, and they are deleted when you uninstall the App. Error records may be deleted on the App information screen. Rights concerning the advertising identifier may be exercised in the manner set out in section 6.

If you consider that your rights have been infringed you may apply to the following bodies for dispute resolution or redress.

9. Children

The App is not directed at any particular age group, and the Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Provider may amend this Policy. Where it does so, it will update the effective date of this document and record the fact in the App's change log.

11. Privacy officer and contact

Privacy matters and related grievances are handled by the Provider's privacy department.
